Maths Game-High Wins

Today in Maths we are learning about place value
We played a game called High Wins. The aim of the game is to get the highest score and try to get a bigger number than the other player, you need to roll an online non-conventional dice roller to get the digits 0-9.you then put the numbers in a chart and add them together to make your number. also if you roll the same number again you’ll have to roll again to get another number/digit. I learnt that place value helps with adding numbers together to get your digit.

E-Learning Symposium

Yesterday I used silk to create a pattern for the E- learning symposium. So we first had to search up silk, click on the first link we saw then press space to make the loading bit faster then turn off all the controls then you can create any design, pattern or circle you want.

The task: We had to make a pattern using the silk programme. A pattern has repeating elements to it. What kind of pattern can you make?
